It seems to me that we should not necessarily read to much to these notices. We have seen GS coming and going as a significant holder in recent times and the fact they are bumping up and down either side of the 5% disclosure limit perhaps means they have not been able to acquire enough shares for any of their clients to be consistently above the 5% limit. If they disclose they are now holding 10% that might be more interesting.
Just my thoughts. DYOR.
