Wheter they are ne new holder (great) or an existing significant owner swapping ownership structure whithin there own organisation may not be the excat point.
At the very least it does indicate someone the the type of $$$$ that I certainly could not muster believes/still believes the shares are worth holding.
If that results in a lucratve takeover, well, so good.
If that is an indicator of growing profits....wel, also so good.
