I'm not sure about the exact nature of the change... They've been in Paragon for quite a while now and have been underwater for alot of that time, considering the initial investment was at 91c a share. Their stake of the pie has slowly been eroded over time with further capital raising and the recent merger. They used to have someone on the board in the past.
i don't recall hearing alot about any collaboration being super beneficial for PGC, but potentially there may be some recent change there with John Walstab now being in charge of Asian operations.
