Tin is priced in USD. If the USD falls and the AUD rises. We get less for our product It has always been thus in commodities which is the vast majority. (I think there are a few holdouts one of which used to be mineral sands).

When I run my models I always include as a variable the USD/AUD price, as it runs straight to the bottom line. Most miners hedge for it to a large extent anyway but all hedging does is tend to sooth the path.

One can pretty much ignore other currencies as orient around the USD.

    All IMVHO.
