copper is off the boil atm.. demand from China (who consumes 60% of word production) is low and in spite of the uptake of EVs it's not enough to fill the hole left by china's slowdown... i kept on reading about copper stockpiles being low and no new large scale copper mines coming online and the amount of copper required for EVs and yet the price of copper was not reflecting this and has in fact dropped... sometimes you gotta trust ur gut and not what u read...
