Takes shells, recaps them, vends in new projects. It's a business at the toilet end of the ASX. I'm guessing it can't be done for free and he's probably sitting on 7 or 8 boards in some capacity and generally disappears when the job's done eg. IVZ. Not all of them will end up winners, but they wouldn't exist in the first place if he wasn't doing it.
