immigration. these are students. they have not migrated. IEL isnt a migration business - its a student business, that statement bears no relevance to IEL. Canada was the only one for students with no non IELTs. Checking GS report comsec- the Canada IELTS business wasnt that big in terms of revenue.
For migration- the IELTS is the harder test so you would assume, they wouldn't loosen up their migration standards- then they will have a bunch of migrants with poor english- not the kind of government policy that would be sought.- but IEL doesnt play in the migration space- a bunch of smaller agencies do.
