It is not in the so called "consortium" financial interests to put the company at risk with persistent squabbling. The ending may not be pretty for them - losing their entire investment, reputations and potentially face ATO and other regulators scrutiny.
IMO the 'tribe' has spoken. Shareholders were not and still not comfortable with Carr/Lim's management, business decisions and custodians of our investment. Nor do they have the skills and acumen to take BUBs to the next level.
It's time Carr and Lim accept their part (and responsibility) for SHer disquiet, holding back the company's growth and contributing to the SP collapse.
Please, let the Board unscramble the mess that has been left under their stewardship and think about ALL shareholders investment in BUBs and not just their own.
Always go for the win:win. This company can be profitable, pay dividends and enter new markets.
