This is a finally balanced situation for Bubs. On one hand you have the Alibaba aligned interests in C2, on the other a new consortium involving the maligned interests of founders, coupled with a previous exec of ATM. One thing you can say about Peter Nathan is that he presided over huge growth at ATM in daigou which catapulted ATM's performance after Fonterra has their dirty pipe incident. Sure, daigou was slammed by COVID, but that didn't make it a terrible strategy.
I'd be more worried about C2's self interest than Peter Nathan's interest in growing his sp value. However, am concerned about back to the future with this stock. I'm not ready to call it- BUB has quite a few advantages over ATM- they already own their own manufacturing (compared to ATM's issues with SM1 that have come to light- with more to come on that I suspect), they have distribution in the US, and the potential to use AZ Global to advantage from the resurgence of daigou that's being reported.
