You and your mate Lim had your chance. You blew it on your own. You wasted shareholders funds. You didn't deliver results. You kept vital financial information (non disclosure) from shareholders in QR's re: China operations. You kept your board in the dark on decisions you were taking. The list goes on and on.
IMO you could be asked by regulators to explain some of your decisions. Shareholders are really angry about how you managed the company and our investment.
I don't think you realise how much stiff you could potentially be in as a former CEO and Board Director. Their roles and fuctions, corporate responsibilities are different. They are not one of the same.
