Cheap vs. peers
COI trades on an EV / 2P valuation of A$0.76/GJ (peer average $1.62/GJ). The peer average would represent a A$0.32/sh valuation for COI (Figure 3).
Off the back our valuation discussion this is a good indication of how cheap this is even on current 2P reserves which will no doubt grow significantly. Also of note is the flow rates of their wells , which are significantly higher than CSG peers not to mention the higher value that should be ascribed to east coast gas that sells for mid teens vs west coast that sells for about 6
