There are rules to buy backs and the money is wasted. All we will be doing is paying interest on the 30mill loan your suggesting. The only thing that would get rid of the manipulators is a strong balance sheet (sensible financial structure), increasing production, exploration success leading to increasing reserves and resources as mentioned above.
