A vend would be to bring a new project in too focus on and it's why lots of traders buy shells to sell the pump if a company on a low EV vends in some crap like James Bay dirt. Personally I can't see SLS doing that, I'm not sure Precision Funds goes around buying shells on the ASX from reading their annual report but in the IPO there is 1.6M marked for acquisitions, anything is possible. My personal view is that although SLS was priced as a shell, it has quality projects/land which probably attracted someone like Nick in the first place.
