Indeed.
They must have done the same maths that I've done and figured out that they are short a few votes to stop the Board being rolled. Options would be to either 1) control enough shares to stop the vote getting through, or 2) get share price back to NAV asap.
The quickest way back to #2 would be to adjust the fee structure. Interesting to see if that starts getting talked about more in updates.
