Lol, of all the things that might happen I'd say merging with RG8 is about as close to unlikely as you can get!
Under the Constitution VG1 has Directors, appointed by VG1 shareholders. If Saba can get enough votes they can appoint their own Directors, or just agitate for change. Main goal would be to bring the NAV closer to underlying, or to return 100% capital. I know who I would be voting for!
