The value fund topping up tends to tell a story. All the money guys are waiting for the final decision to mine and the number.
I doubt the fund is finished. They may come in at the last raise. They were still buying right up until now knowing a finance round is coming. Smarter experienced people buy stocks regardless of market noise. If it’s really cheap and you out $5m in at 40c, then sub 40c is just more of a gift. Investors are thinking in terms of years for the big bucks.
