Regal were the ones involved with the 3.6c CR a couple years ago. SP took years to recover and as a T5 at the time I let management know my displeasure at using Regal because they just kept dribbling shares out for ages whenever SP looked like going anywhere. This was confirmed by S603 notices plus my broker confirmed at the time. Groundhog Day comes to mind!
