Correct me if I’m wrong but substantial shareholders are someone with a holdings of 5% or more of the outstanding shares?
for volt that would be 194 million or more.
And the market needs to be made aware of changes in holdings of substantial shareholders within 3 business days.
maybe he was buying Thursday and Friday.
