As it stands, SOI are 1.568b after SPP.
Assuming it opens at 25c, that's a market cap of about AUD$392m.
I'm assuming a slightly lower EBIDTA than what was used in prospectus due to softening demand and lower diamond prices. Using for eg US$165m, or AUD$246m. Based on this if it opens at 25c it will be trading at 1.6xEBIDTA (I could be completely wrong of course).
If we can assume a 2xEBIDTA (??) then MC should be about AUD$500m and a share price of 31-32c
Very basic back of the envelope stuff, no doubt a little more nuanced than this
