Yep, fair account for the sate of play right now.
Markets all over are generally very nervous right now though.
And debt (not BDM's debt as mentioned its insignificant) is in my view the overarching culprit with interest rates they way they are right now.
With all that in mind, I think BDM is faring quite well after being off market for 6 months and coming back on in its new iteration. The team MOK has built and his expertise is the thing that only the big backers appreciate so far, retail investors (not all but in general) wouldn't have a clue.
