No not all convertable notes have options to convert into debt or notes. . Some have compulsory conversion into notes. .. Which from what I read in the announcement it seems this is the case. The only choice they have is if rhe convertable notes are paid early which they then get options to the same value. So get ur facts right and if u don't know about notes rhen do some research. .
