I agree that the former management including CFO who bailed just before the R/D scandal, should all be investigate. The CFO was clearly also behind rhe lies in accounting.

I dont believe that LVT will be insolvent any time soon. They will look to cut spending, streamline the business, refinance the current loans and then capital raise. If that doesn't stop the losses then yes they will be looking at insolvency.

That isis my opinion for rhe near future. This is not financial advice
