    If, and it's unlikely, that the business doesn't stack up, then becoming a shell would be likely.....however...
    It wouldn't be a cheap shell, based on its current MC.
    As for the business, one would have to consider its fate...do you....simply close it down?, sell it to a third party?, or, have major holder(s) buy the business?
    It's a moot point really, the business is gaining traction and value, with major holders and directors committed to its success. I'm confident it's moved forward enough to have far more than " scrap value".
    I've hunted and traded asx shells for a number of years and honestly don't see SIS following that path, but certainly a valid enquiry
