I thought the same about SS becoming substantial holder again and why is Short Position still at 10% …. and came to the conclusion although they loan out shares , they still own them.. and when they tick over to substantial holder again means either they might of bought a few mill more ( thanks to Shorters bringing price down )and loaned them out as well … as someone else suggested it’s win win for SS
