With what is shaping as a globally significant and strategic rare earths asset pending confirmation from the imminent MRE and deeper drilling assays it would not surprise one bit if Alistair met with US officials whilst in the US recently. Also this new shareholder appears to be Chinese so who knows if its a personal investment or on behalf of Chinese interests.
Anyway with likely no capital raises anytime soon hopefully we see some competition for shares on market in the coming weeks/months and/or competition for the offtakes with prepayment scenarios..
