My initial reaction to the Sec 203D was dismissive as recent performance, strategy execution and momentum have all seemed good.

I have changed my attitude now I see the names behind the move. Not because of the names per-se but because the individuals with whom I have familiarity are not ego-driven trouble-makers but investors who have demonstrated an overriding concern for shareholder interests and long-term value based decision making. I have no idea what grievances are underlying this action, but it will not be trifling and it will be worth considering seriously.
