In the selection of COO and CMO - how does that take place? Does the CEO interview the most likely candidates, make the choice, then that is rubber-stamped by the board of directors ? Or does the board interview candidates?
I ask because it seems to me that RV will prove his worth more as the rollout continues, but especially in the attempt to have SOZO accepted for renal and CHF. There the CMO will be vital, even just for designing any extra studies needed. At first, I thought the fact that they are mostly Americans should help, but might it mean that a crony of one of them might be picked?
Useless speculative questions.
