After a number of complaints to ASIC regarding my interpretation of potential manipulation of PLS, I gave up as they did not even respond. I then contacted the Commonwealth Ombudsman who is currently taking up this matter. If more people did this sort of thing then perhaps we may get some form of investigation by both ASIC and the government.
