you would think as even though the announcement was 8 sept 23 the announcement states became substantial holder on 6 feb 23, any number of reasons why he disposed of shares , but interestingly there is no “cease to be a substantial holder “ or is it because he still remain a large shareholder after selling 63 million he is still considered a substantial holder ?
