Fidelity participated in the previous raise in 2020 at $1.30.
If I'm not mistaken, according to the change in this holding, it appears in 2020 they invested approximately $9M in 2020 for 6.9M shares.
Today they have double downed, so to speak, $3.6M for 8.2M shares.
It's a good sign to observe they haven't been selling, but have rather been buying and taking advantage of the discounted price. And again perhaps they've maxed out the amount they could buy based on their allocation... ?
