So as the price drops - will Vanguard increase their buys to maintain their % hldgs of PLS?
Teir buying gave some confidence to the market, short lived it appears as I expect that's not where the shorters want the price to be at present - so many to unwid if PLS prove their positions to be mis-judged!?
