I tracked the announcements and applied them to the chart. It's also rounded.
There will be some noise as they unwind or build a position and I am still thinking on it. Initial thoughts are that they are unwinding a position now (with percentage ownership decreasing in the last few anns) and price is being supported by others. It could be an agreement between institutions, or any number of things. Perhaps more data is needed but their ownership is trending down and the price is lifting.
