Unfortunately, they don't lose very often, and in this case, they will probably win both ways.
probably get a tip that the contract is close to being signed. and do what they need to do.
a similar thing happened last CR. brokers are well ahead of this stock.
this isn't a game we can win, the rules just don't allow us to. but it is a good buying opportunity.
the smart thing for WBT to do... if they cared much about the SP, would have been to put the stock on a halt until signed knowing they no longer control the narrative and timeline. dealing with big companies you no longer control the information as tightly as you'd like.
