Yep, MQG is lead by some of the smartest investment bankers in the world. I've owned the company for years and I've always admired how they could turn any situation to their advantage. Look at the way they managed to be the first bank to get the Australian government to guarantee their debt during the GFC.
Of course these smart bankers make sure they get their fair share of the pie first, but they leave a tolerable return on the table for shareholders.
