that’s the way I see it as well…..and also whilst a TO may not be on Gina’s agenda or even part of her game plan LTR does have over 2B SOI as opposed to AZS’s 445M…..big difference when it comes to paying $3+ per share……AZS would certainly be a cheaper TO option if she decided to do what everyone thinks she won’t do.
