no takeover bid will be accepted, she will block it all the way to the supreme court

i think her main goal is to block any takeover at any cost, drive the share price down,
the share price is irrelevant.
sure pay a premium to get a 18% stake in the company,
she would not care about losing cents or a dollar in her shares..
her goal is to pick the company up cheap

lose 10 million dollars in her azs share portfolio,
yet buys the whole company outright for say 100-600million less than when she paid at time of getting the 18% stake in the company.
