Boaz Weinstein is an activist shareholder who has a solid record of taking on closed fund management. Primarily when the SP is trading at a discount to the NTA.
There are a few examples of where he takes a decent stake and agitates for change (I.e Blackrock). MO seems to be to close down funds and realize a solid profit where the assets are sold at MV.
Saba has been building their stake in HM1 all year and are now at 5%.
I don't think he'll sit around if his investment doesn't trade near the NTA. Clock is ticking.
