It is hard enough to convince LICs to wind up where the fund managers are lining their own pockets with fat fees but underperforming, so I don't like the chances of getting a wind up here when it would be removing charities of an income stream. Maybe Boaz will eventually argue for bigger dividends or tweaks to the way fund managers are used and the stock selection etc?
