pretty much I could be wrong but rod went through a divorce and part of the settlement was a bunch of nc1 shares I think maybe $500k worth roughly.
I think the understanding in the market is his wine ex wife has been selling the shares progressively...I would think potentially from a tax standpoint if she got them say at 50c a share being a loss no tax impact at all
