You do know how substantial shareholder notices work right??
At the 5% threshold you need to lodge a statement. If you are around the 5% limit, if you sell a hand full you drop under 5% and cease to be a substantial holder. If you buy a hand full and go over 5% you become a substantial holder. That’s what’s happening here.
The brokers aren’t selling ALL their holdings. Just selling and buying small amounts so they drop in and out of being substantial holders. Why they do this…??? Only they can tell you.
