I agree. I think of the dotcom bust in the early 2000s. Companies with great prospects then we dirt cheap. For example, realestate.com.au was 20 cents then - now it is valued at over $150. Amazon was as low as 50 cents - and is now $140. Markets overhyped tech shares post-covid and now they are very undervalued. The takeover offer is opportunistic and I hope it fails. Do you own research but I believe in the next couple of years tech will be back in favour and Whispir will be valued at several multiples of 48 cents. The best value for shareholders will be if the takeover offer fails.
