Going by what you said, Oldendorff seems to be the common link. You said they came in around 2020, much earlier than Tom, who joined in March 2022. Doug became a BOD Advisor in May 2022, and then became BOD Chairman in March 2023. Rick Cisterna came on board in Dec 2021.
My question is, is there a possibility that the Oldendorff's came in, saw how bad the balance sheet mess was, and imagined what the future potential could be if a proper clean-up was done by the right management; and then introduced Doug and team to Richard Irving?
