You do realise that very few people voted, right? Holders who don’t vote (the majority) have their shares used at the discretion of the company in favour of whatever they’re wanting to get voted in. With so many investors not knowing or caring about who’s behind the wheel of a company it’s very very rare votes don’t pass.

It’s important to acknowledge and talk about this stuff as others here probably have no idea. But you’re right about one thing, no choice about it now, it’s done and dusted.
