Yes I thinks so too - Chris and Gina want to keep our lithium in Australian hands - so building a blocking stake to any T/O - see also LTR and AZS.
By the time we reach peak lithium there will be very large % of worlds lithium processed and made batteries in Oz (or other western countries)
