I think the problem, Goldfinger, is that many shareholders have already sold out, wanting their cash sooner rather than later. MS and Athos have been picking up this stock.
Then there is another chunk of shareholders who have already decided to vote and are waiting until the end.
In other words, the current market in TPD is almost completely controlled by MS and Athos.
