& that doesn’t include the October & November gains. There is turbo lag with the analysts forecasts and how this will affect a uniquely geared up now US Legislated & US Domain producer like PEN. IMHO when the final funding layer is announced shortly (this shouldn’t be too soon now thé US Senate protection has been passed) the PEN chart should start to replicate that of the U-price.
