I think they should face reality and cancel the project now. They should be able to return at least 20c to 30c per share to the shareholders.
Of course they wont. The directors and managers and lawyers and bankers and consultants are still busy gorging themselves on the money while doing no actual work. Only then will they cancel the project.
What we need is someone to get a majority of the shares and then kick Trevor Rowe and Nick Morre and Wal King out to the kerb on their sorry behinds.
