ATA has very recently raised capital “to strengthen the balance sheet and fund future acquisitions”. They raised $50 million, which is around our market cap after this recent rally. If I was a teenage girl, wondering if the boy I like in class has a crush on me, I’d be getting more and more excited.
Having now read up a bit on ATA and Mr Kanji, I’m rather impressed…I kinda want to invest in it now! I wouldn’t fear a scrip for scrip offer at all.
