    So everything now hinges on Manipur/Tic and what their plan is? They must have been accumulationg >84c on market this past month to lift their stake to above 5% and have to make this announcement. Along with the stubborn holders here they must believe they can leverage an off er starting with $1.... sometime in the future, lets hope so.
