Bank of America 11/12/23 ceasing to be a substantial shareholder, that was when the share price started heading south from a reasonably steady level of around 8 cents, with a certain entity selling aggressively into the market.
Bank of America 31/1/24 becoming a substantial shareholder, I am struggling to understand either announcement, other than they lent their shares out and now they have been returned.
If anyone can explain this I am all ears.
